Foreign migrant workers have become one of the protected subjects under our Financial Consumer Protection Law. If foreign migrant workers encounter a dispute with an exchange company licensed by the Financial Supervisory Commission to operate small-scale foreign exchange services for foreign migrant workers, they can utilize the appeals and procedures outlined in the Financial Consumer Protection Law to safeguard their own rights and interests. MG PAY provides a comprehensive platform for migrant workers to upload their personal and remittance information. The remittance services comply with government business regulations. MG PAY offers services in Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Filipino languages, with customer service representatives from these countries providing personalized assistance, aiming to simplify processes and reduce the difficulties of migrant workers' remittances. Additionally, MG PAY partners with local migrant worker stores in Taiwan to offer a highly accessible, secure, legal, and fast remittance service, ensuring that workers' families in their home countries can receive funds quickly.
Remittance Eligibility
MG PAY remittance services are only available to legal migrant workers. When registering as a member, a residence permit must be uploaded, and membership approval is required before remittance can be made.
Remittance Limit
The amount for each remittance cannot exceed NT$30,000. The total remittance amount per month cannot exceed NT$50,000, and the total remittance amount per year cannot exceed NT$500,000.
